Classes require a minimum of 7 students. Registration is via email and required, space is very limited. Bring your own chair (all classes) and/or meditation pillow (women’s spirituality classes only). Each class is $10.00 per session and stands alone. Each class is limited to seven students. Women’s Spirituality classes can use the senses, writing, art, movement, prayer and guided meditation as ways to self-discovery, empowerment and healing.
I will be teaching one class and having one group...they will be held on Tuesday evenings.
Each class or group is $10 donation each.
Women's Spirituality -- Based upon Inter-Faith traditions and philsologies. We will facilitate sound, movement, art, breath and meditation as tools to move us into ourselves; thus, automatically and gently changing our response and conditioning to the world around us strengthening our cores as Sacred, Tribal, Warrior Women.

Women's 'Talking Lodge' Group -- This group will be a natural outpouring from the Women's Spirituality Group. We will be focusing our group around listening, sharing, and opening to the Power possibilities within ourselves.

Jennie has 20 years experience working with women who are in major change...creating a safe and sacred space for them to receive help and heal 'wholistically' from the inside out and beyond from addictions, abuse, trauma, divorce, death and relationship crisis.

Crow flew to Hawk
Sounding an alarm,
"A Fire is in the Forest!
It is doing us great harm"
Hawk flew higher and saw
The Fire was very strong.
Hurting Mother and destroying
Good with bad; that seemed so very wrong.
Hawk called out to Eagle
Flying very high,
"Destroying good with bad
Is unjust, please tell us why?"
Eagle could see Father Rain coming
From His lofty place
And spoke,"Hawk, sometimes
Good must die with bad so Mother can re-birth
The Human Race"
